In Canada, his long working hours allowed him to own and operate restaurants and to invest in real estate, however he always had time for his family. He and his wife loved to travel spontaneously.
Joseph is lovingly remembered by his wife of 65 years, Aida, his children; Gaby (Nebal) Saliba, Soraya Saliba (Ken Palen), Hany Saliba, grandchildren Joleen, Jocelynn, Elayne (Alex) Fulthorpe; great grandchildren Gwenyth and Hamilton and numerous relatives.
A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at Our Lady of Peace - the Maronite Catholic Parish of Calgary, 504 30 Ave NW, Calgary on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 1:00 p.m; public viewing starts at noon.
