She was born in Claresholm, Alberta on December 19, 1927 and was the second of the family’s 7 children and the eldest daughter.
Margaret spent most of her adult life as a very talented seamstress and was a very active volunteer at Foothills Hospital, Children’s Hospital as well as numerous other organizations. She and her husband Al were also avid gardeners.
Margaret is survived by the last of 7 siblings, her sister Ruth Holman plus many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband Al in 2004.
The family would like to thank AgeCare Walden for always making Margaret feel at home and for the great level of care during the difficult prior 2 years due to the pandemic.
