Martin was a man of intelligence, ability, vision, and inspiration. He touched so many with his kindness and love. He was always there when you needed him and he never asked for anything in return. A true gentleman at heart and he would give the shirt off his back for you. To know him was to love him, an absolute honor. We shared so many moments together from personal experiences, to soccer championships, to work experiences. He was the brother I never had, a great family friend and an absolute delight to be around. He made me want to be a better person and fight for the greater good. So much to give to the world and he was taken away at such a young age. I am still in absolute disbelief and having trouble coming to terms with his passing........... I pray you have found your peace, for you my brother are truly missed!! Bless your family in their healing!!

I am dumbfounded... I had the pleasure of being in class with Martin while he was in Montana. People like him are few and far between, his intelligence - both spiritually and academically, humor, and good looks became something of an ideal for me! We lost touch late last year, and I have been trying to get in touch with him, as he is in my thoughts often... The past few days, I have been thinking and speaking of Martin more than  usual; damn if I didn't find this out when I decided to try again to find him. I am very, very sorry for the loss of such a wonderful person, Martin you will be missed...

I remember Martin from the old soccer days, first as a little boy who used to follow me around at games, then as a teammate. Martin we met as kids and tho we didn't stay in touch I was lucky enough to reconnect with you as adults and hangout a few times. We had some great conversations where we found out we had much of the same views on life.
