Phil was a very spiritual person who studied all religions but he was not a church goer. Every day will have remembrances and when the family is all together, there will be much reminiscing. There were many, many happy times.
Thanks must go to many people who helped Phil along the way; Dr. Owen and Dr. Jenkins and the many nurses at the Baker Centre; Lynda Choiselot, Roland Abolos and Jan Amulkajpour from Home Care. Thanks to Home Care, Phil was able to stay home and die in his own bed. Finally, thanks to friends and neighbours for your loving concern and support. But people – please, no flowers!!
Phil is survived by Allisen, his wife for 59 years and three daughters and their families, Leslie Hilton and husband Mike Brown, Claire and Mitch White, grandson Tommy, Sydney and Bruce Spratt, granddaughters Rhyan and Abby. Phil was predeceased by his son Victor and his sister Joan Hilton.
Our family believes in Guardian Angels and now Phil has joined that wondrous group. We look forward to feeling his presence and guidance in our lives.
