It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Priscilla Katherine (Kathy) Swick with her family at her bedside. In the past several years she battled courageously with failing health.
Priscilla was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta.
She is lovingly remembered and will be deeply missed by her husband of 29 years, Geordie Lloyd, and her three children, daughter Kimberly Urquhart (Matthew) of Brandon, Manitoba and son Mitchell Swick-Lloyd of Calgary, Alberta and step son George Lloyd of Brampton, Ontario as well as her two beautiful grandchildren, Hunter & Austin Urquhart. She will also be missed by her father Jerry Swick (Lorna) of Surrey, British Columbia; sister Brenda Swick (George) of Calgary, Alberta; brother Ron Swick of Calgary, Alberta; nephew Wesley Swick of Calgary, Alberta ; uncle Les Hoytos of Milk River, Alberta; aunt Margaret Hoytos of Milk River, Alberta and several cousins.
Priscilla was predeceased by her mother Priscilla Penny Swick, brother Larry Swick, sister Rose Swick and several aunts and uncles in Alberta.
A Visitation will be held at Foster’s Garden Chapel, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
