Raymond was born in Calgary, Alberta on November 27, 1965. He was predeceased by his parents Lydia and Wolfgang Such. Mourning his loss are his sister Barbara (Gerry) and brother Robert (Gudrun) and numerous cousins, aunts, uncle, nephews and nieces. He will also be deeply missed by his friends, caregivers, and present and former staff of Graduated Supports.
Raymond was a remarkable man who overcame many obstacles during his life. He had several health challenges, but he always managed to surprise and persevere. Raymond brought joy to so many of us and truly enriched our lives. He blessed us with his wonderful gift of love and trust which we will always cherish. We give thanks to God for a life well lived.
A Funeral Service will be held at Fosters Garden Chapel (3220 – 4 Street NW, Calgary) on Tuesday, October 11th, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. with interment at Queens Park Cemetery where Raymond will be laid to rest beside his parents, followed by a Reception in the Fort Calgary Suite at Foster’s Garden.
