She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 26 years, Ed McDonnell. Sandie is survived by her mother Margaret Woods of Winnipeg, Aunts and Uncles, Barry and Betty Armstrong of Calgary, Jack and Shirl of Trenton, Ontario as well as family and friends.
Sandie was a member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood for over 40 years. She graduated from Cottey College in Nevada, MO and was a P.E.O. past-president of Alberta. A Memorial Reception will be held at SOUTH CALGARY FUNERAL CENTRE, 12700 Macleod Trail South, Calgary on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Sandie’s honour directly to Cottey College, 1000 W.
