Shirley Mae Jacobson was a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, wife, sister, auntie and friend. Mom passed away with her loving family by her side. She is at peace and was ready to embark on the next leg of her journey. Shirley is joining her husband, Frank; beloved daughter, Sharon; as well as other treasured family and friends. She will be forever in our hearts and thoughts. Love you mom. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
