He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter and a passion for knowledge that touched the lives of all who knew him. Jim is survived by his daughter Denise, her husband Matthew, and their children Jake and Ayla, whom he adored deeply; his son Constantine and his partner Dorothy, with whom he shared a special bond. Jim's memory will be treasured by his sister Kathy and her husband Costas; his sister Yolanda, her daughter Ashley and granddaughter Juniper.
Known for his insatiable curiosity and love for learning, Jim had a profound appreciation for trivia, history and geology. His enthusiasm for sharing knowledge enriched the lives of those around him and left an indelible mark on his family and friends.
Jim's passing leaves a void in the hearts of many, but his spirit will live on through the memories he created and the love he shared. He will be remembered not only for his intellect but also for his kindness, warmth and unwavering devotion to his family.
A Funeral Service will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
A Celebration of Life will be held at F3 Ranch on May 25th, 2024 where friends and family will come together to remember, honour and celebrate the extraordinary man he was.
Rest in peace, Jim. Your presence will be deeply missed, but your legacy will continue to inspire us all.
