She married, started a family and settled with her family to Canada in 1977, taking residence in Calgary.
In Calgary she furthered her education by obtaining a business diploma. She worked as an office administrator and through her entrepreneurial spirit started and operated her own business until retirement. In retirement she devoted her efforts towards her gardens and her golf where she proudly achieved four “hole-in-ones”. She belonged to several women’s golf leagues and played several times a week and due to her competitive nature participated in many golf tournaments and charity event. Her garden was a mosaic of color that required “rearranging” every year, bringing in different plants, flowers and a renewal of color.
Her home was always open, hosting family and friends for get-to-gethers, dinners, BBQs and special occasions. She was always ready to give a helping hand to those in need, was passionate about her family and will always be remembered for her love, devotion, strengths and feisty competitive nature. Her memory will be in our hearts forever.
