Young, Vera Marie aka Cookie passed away suddenly at home on January 1st, 2023 at the age of 64 years. Vera is lovingly remembered by her husband, Dave, son, Rodney, daughter-in-law, Julie, and not because they are hers but the most beautiful grandchildren in the world Riley and Rennick Young. She will be greatly missed by her siblings, nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
Vera lived a beautiful life doing whatever she wanted whenever she wanted. She loved to travel back home to Newfoundland and is known for her loving nature - whether you were a stranger or her best friend, she was there for you. Riley and Rennick have gained the best guardian angel they could ever have. She will always be remembered and deeply missed. We feel it's appropriate to say rest in peace but we all know she has a list of people to haunt.
