I am very sad to learn my brother Vern had past away. I had  got in touch with him around 2009 were he was working in a a seniors home.  I sent him pictures of the family and phone him now  and then. But it seemed he moved and I tried to  find him again but lost contract .
My heart goes out to  his memory, as he always seemed to  have a tender heart. But it also seemed to get him into situations that at times  hurt him a lot.

I'm sorry that I will not get a chance to meet this man. I wish I could have met him and would have been able to see where my physical  features came from. That said, I'm embarking on a journey to find family members. From my understanding Vern died alone and  had no next of kin. He was my biological father and so that makes me his next of kin. If there is anyone with information or stories to share about him,  please reach out to me. He has a son and daughter who are interested in knowing who he was and where we come from.
