He is survived by his wife Patricia Anne Paquin, step daughter Diane Juliette Woodman and step son Ronald Joseph Levasseur.
He is predeceased by his mother Ruby Rigby and father Alphonse Paquin.
Wayne was born on July 28, 1948 in Montreal, Quebec he was the only child of Alphonse and Ruby Paquin (Nee Rigby). He was a professional salesman for the majority of his career and prior to being in sales he was in the Corp of engineers in the Canadian Military.
