He is survived by Dorothy, his loving wife of 66 years. He is also survived by his son Brian Covey (Corrie Carter) of Calgary; daughter Karen Phelps (Jack) of Spruce Grove; and grandchildren Kendra Phelps and Darren Phelps of Spruce Grove. Wilber was predeceased by his parents Vic and Hope (nee Huntley) Covey and his brother Allen Covey.
He was a friend of Bill W. for 42 years.
As per Wilber’s request, there will be no memorial service. Cremation has taken place.
