Agnes Nan Moore

Sadly, Nan passed away at Hilltop Manor on April 13, 2017 in her 99th year. She was born in Quebec to Quinton and Agnes Bell. She was married to and is now reunited with her husband, Alfred Ernest Moore (1979). Nan was employed by the Province of Ontario, Criminal Court Cambridge for many years as a supervisor and later commissioned as Justice of the Peace until retirement. She enjoyed her membership at the Galt Country Club participating in curling and golf. She loved to cross country ski. She belonged to the Probus Women’s Club of Cambridge and was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Nan will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews and their families whom she loved dearly and devoted friend Gloria Rozen. She was also predeceased by sisters; Janet Smith Ferguson, Christina Bell and Bette Norcott; brothers in-law John Ferguson and Bill Norcott and Nephew Peter Norcott. Cremation has taken place. At Nan’s request a private family service will be held with interment at Parklawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society and Heart and Stroke would be appreciated.
