Died peacefully in her sleep at Hamilton General Hospital on September 14, 2010 with her family by her side. Loving wife of George. Dear mother of Joe, Craig, and Tracy. Grandmother of eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Dear sister of Valerie Freeze. Predeceased by her parents Josaphat and Florence Nadeau. Evelyn was a member of the Pieces and Patches Quilter’s Guild. Friends may call at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, on Thursday September 16, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Evelyn’s Funeral Service will be conducted at St. John’s Anglican Church, 567 Queenston Road on Friday afternoon September 17, 2010 at 1 pm. Reverend Canon David Bowyer officiating.
