Ken was a kind, gentle, generous, caring man with a heart of gold. He was always willing to help others, never expecting anything in return. All of his life Ken enjoyed building and restoring old cars; he enjoyed a mechanical challenge and coming up with an innovative solution. Ken also enjoyed watching sports on TV. Ken will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his brothers Richard Lloyd (wife Pat) and Douglas Lloyd, his long-term partner Deanna Stricker, as well as his cherished friends and extended family, including Les Little, Tammy Schell, Meagan Lloyd, numerous cousins, aunt Rose Rivers and uncle Jack Lloyd. Ken was predeceased by his parents Eric and Mary Lloyd. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Cambridge Memorial Hospital for their compassionate and exceptional care of Ken during his final few months. A private burial service will take place at Parklawn Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
