Lloyd Carl Closs, age 98, of Cambridge, Ontario passed away on Monday, June 6, 2022. he was born September 27, 1923 in Powassan, Ontario and relocated to Cambridge in 1949. Lloyd is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Verna, his son Steven and loving niece Michelle Jarrett. Predeceased by his son John, and his siblings Harvey, Irwin, Alfred, Mabel and Margaret.
Family and friends will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road on Monday, June 13 from 11:30am until 1:00 pm. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 with Reverend Bill Bynum officiating. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
