Passed away on January 7, 2012 at the age of 79. Predeceased by her loving husband Domingos (2007). Adored mother of Hilda Jetter of Cambridge and Maria Leonor Borges and her husband Steve Bailey of Uxbridge. Cherished grandmother of George Michael Jetter and his partner April Jansen, Madison Bailey-Borges and Kennedy Bailey-Borges. The family will receive friends at the BARTHEL FUNERAL HOME 566 Queenston Road Cambridge (519-653-3251) On Tuesday, January 10, 2012 from 2pm-4pm and from 7pm-9pm with Parish Prayers recited at 8:30pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Clement’s Roman Catholic Church, 745 Duke Street, Cambridge on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 10am. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery. Those who wish to make memorial donations in Maria’s memory may do so to the Canadian Mental Health Association and would be appreciated by the family.
