With broken hearts Rita's family announce her passing at home, surrounded with love on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 in her 63rd year. Dearly loved wife of Eric and cherished mother of Danielle (Errol), Ryan (April), Alex (Katie) and Shawn (Candice). Cherished memories are left with her grandchildren; Ella, Emily and Maxwell. Rita is survived by her siblings; Cindy (Bob), Frank, Mike and Jimmy (Gen), predeceased by her parents Gail and James Oberle and her brother Shawn.
The Stemmler Family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Tuesday, May 23 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Clement's Parish, 745 Duke Street on Wednesday at 10:00 am, cremation will follow. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society are greatly appreciated.
