Mrs. Mary Bardsley

Of Preston, Ontario, on Thursday, February 8, 2007, at her residence The Maples, Home for Seniors, in her 87th year.

Mary Wilde, beloved wife of the late Harry Bardsley (1984). Dear mother of Karen Renner and her husband Bill of Petersburg and Jennifer Richardson and her husband John of Kitchener. Lovingly remembered by four grandchildren Nicole Paine, Jason Paine, Andrew Renner and Sarah Renner. Survived by one brother Alan Wilde and one sister Evelyn Walker, both of England and many nieces and nephews Chris, Julie, Phillip, Helen, Andrea, Pat, David and Michael. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Lily Wilde and one brother David Wilde.

Mrs. Bardsley was born in England and came to Canada in 1967. She was a member of St. John’s Anglican Church, a nurse in England and was retired from the Preston Library.

There will be no funeral home visitation. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 12, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s Anglican Church, 567 Queenston Road, Cambridge with Canon David Bowyer officiating. Cremation to follow.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
