Michael Charles Jackson

Michael Charles Jackson passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at the age of 49. Michael enjoyed boating, fishing, camping, and riding his motorcycle, but above all, he loved spending time with his boys. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Shawna Meadus, sons Justin Meadus and Ryan Meadus, mother Marion Jackson (nee Norwood), brothers Rob Preidt and John Preidt, sister Michelle Naumann (Tyler), and his nieces Paige and Taylor. Michael was predeceased by his father Charles Jackson. A Visitation will be held at Barthel Funeral Home on Friday, January 28th from 11:00 am to 1:30pm. Space at the funeral home is limited, so all guests must sign up for a 15 minute time block during which they may attend the visitation. The sign up sheet is available by clicking the link below the "donations" header on this page. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm. Due to covid restrictions, space for the service is limited to 12 people, so attendance will be determined by the family's invitation only. Cremation will follow. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
