Peter F. Campbell

Passed away peacefully at Cambridge Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness on December 3, 2025. He is now reunited with his loving wife of 35 years, Susan. Loved father of Sarah (Zach) and Emilie (Spencer). Proud grandfather of Callum and Kenna. Dear brother of Anne Marie (late Larry), Jim (Joan), late Gerry (Martha), and late Lockie. Son of the late Joseph and Agnes Campbell, and cousin and uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Peter was born and raised in Brantford, Ontario and served the community through Campbell Insurance Brokers for nearly three decades. He was a dedicated Knight with the Knights of Columbus for 55 years.

Peter enjoyed BBQ by the pool, playing cards, watching sports (go Leafs and Dolphins!), playing Sudoku, and spoiling his grandchildren.

The family would like to thank his new friends and the staff of Granite Landing, the PSW’s and nurses from Paramed, and the staff at Cambridge Memorial Hospital who cared for him in his final days.

As were Peter’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Thursday, December 11, 2025 from 5:00 – 7:30 p.m. Mass will be celebrated at St. Clements Roman Catholic Church, 745 Duke Street, Cambridge on Friday, December 12, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. Private interment to be held at Parklawn Cemetery in the Spring.
