Ruth Bowman passed away with family by her side on Friday, July 21, 2017 at the age of 93. She was a loving, kind, and family-oriented woman. Ruth loved the beautiful sight and smell of flowers, and enjoyed many blissful days working in her garden. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughters Gail (Tony) and Cheryl; sister Marlene (Gord); granddaughter Stacey; great-granddaughter Mariah; and many nieces and nephews. Ruth was predeceased by her husband Valtin in 2009, and her brothers Ted, Art, Norm, and Reub, who was her twin. As per Ruth’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and there will not be a service. Donations in Ruth’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
