I only knew Sean for a brief time while at D2L.   He was a pleasure to work with and our customers loved him.   My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

Sean, I relived many fond memories in the days since your passing and its proof positive that you are one of the greatest personalities many of us ever knew. You will be greatly missed by all. Thoughts are with Sarah and all your fantastic friends that will miss you dearly.
I met you first at an epic pool party at my place where you and Skippy provided entertainment at an all nighter that anyone who was there will never forget. We became friends after that time and although i could't quite beat you at ping pong, loved the challenged. Tune up those strings and put the beer on ice -I'll see you soon my friend.

Sarah, I am sorry for your loss.
Although I did not know Sean, it is clear from the photos and messages that he touched many lives and lived life to the fullest.
I hope that in time, you can take comfort in that.

I had the good fortune to be a friend of Sean's for about 10 years.  In that short time, he introduced me to new foods, drinks, music, comedy, and friends.  Sean was a connoisseur, and always seemed to know the best food, the best music, the best comedy, the best party, the best people.  He has such an amazing group of friends and I'm so thankful he welcomed me into that group. For me, hanging out with Sean was an education in how to enjoy life.  I will fondly remember his sharp wit, and his passion for life.  Love you G.

Sean made the world a better place. Grateful that he touched my life. 
I knew Sean through work as one of his clients. He was always professional, patient, positive, and responsive  the best. 
Sean and I shared a love of music and playing guitar. When I first met Sean in person, after a day of meetings, we got to spend an hour or two at a guitar store playing music and talking about guitars before going out to dinner, when Sean then shared his love and knowledge of food with us. I treasure the times we got to play music together.
My love, support, and sympathy goes out Sarah, his family, and his fiends.

It's sad when we lose someone like Sean, so  young, so full of life.  If there's a silver lining to any of this, it's a reminder to us all how precious life is and how short it can be.  I'll be hugging my kids a little harder tonight because of  him.  And for that, I am grateful.

Only briefly, I worked with Sean at D2L and knew him to be amazingly funny, with a passionate spirit for life and well loved by everyone he crossed paths with.  It saddens all of us here deeply, and may he rest in peace while we offer our sincerest condolences to all his family and loved ones.

Sean  how do you put your spirit into words?  So happy for every touch you have had in my, Scott and Hunter's lives.  Many years ago I got my then 4 year old out of bed at 2 in the morning to hear and feel Sean play piano so his spirit and soul could be experienced.  We are grateful for that touch along with many others.  We will always celebrate you Ronnie.  You are the untamed heart.

Sean lived life to the fullest; he squeezed out every drop that was possible, enjoying every minute of the journey.

I only met Sean a couple of times but know very well the special place he held in my sister and her husbands hearts. Chrissy and Dave have shared many stories of their "Seany" over the years and will miss him dearly. May you rest in peace.

I worked with Sean when he was with RIM in Singapore. He was the man in black as he liked to call himself. It helped that RIM gave him a closet of black tees.... He came across serious most times, intent on his work, but behind that, you could tell was a kid waiting to explode..

I went to high school with Sean. May he rest in peace .

One of only a select few that made me laugh constantly.  Made me smile constantly.  Made me be unafraid of being silly, loud, off the cuff, independent. Oh, my Jesus will i miss you everyday for forever. NEVER NEVER NEVER a dull moment, except when you napped under, in, around, on top of everything.  I love you pally.
