He was the son of the late Bella Duplessie and Albert Lanteigne of Dalhousie.
He is survived by his wife and care giver Madeleine Bertin, as well as hi children Gary, Crystal, step daughter Sylvia, Eric, Pierre-Luc (Janie), Jean-Francois (Kim). As well as his grandchildren, Dominique, Hannah, Christopher, Cyan, Keegan, Jessica, Julie and Jennifer. His brothers, Michel and Daniel. He was predeceased by a great granddaughter Catelyn, his siblings. Leonard, Claude, Paul, Jean, Rose, Gerald.
