Byron was born at his home in Fleurant Point, Qc on January 9th, 1956 to father Arden Spencer Court and mother Mona Grace Forrest Court. He attended Escuminac School until Grade 9 where he then transferred to New Richmond for his Grade 10. He worked odd jobs out of high school until hiring with CN in 1975 where he worked for the next 15 years. He resigned from the railroad in 1990 to pursue his interests in farming and fishing. Even though he enjoyed his time on the railroad his true interest lied with his family. He loved nothing more than spending time with his family and friends. Most recently he loved passing on his interests and love of the outdoors to his grandsons.
Byron leaves to mourn his wife Sandra Bujold Court nee Campbellton, NB. His daughters Barbara of Hamilton, ON and Amanda (David) of Moncton, NB. His grandsons Thomas, Jacob, Noah, Nicholas and Dominick. His sister Lynda (Murried) and brothers William (Mona), Robert (Lucie-Anne), Terry and Paul (Sandi). As well as many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his parents Arden and Mona Court and his son Donald Allan Court.
A funeral service will be held at Maher's Funeral Chapel, 64 Lansdowne St., Campbellton on Monday October 18th at 2:00 pm with visitations from 12:00 pm until time of funeral at the Chapel. Proof of double vaccinations with identification card as well as masks will be required.
