Corinne (Landry) Jean

Born in St. Rose on Dec 8, 1924, daughter of the late Dazie Landry and of the late Julie Anne (Power) Landry.

Corrine worked as a Registered Nursing Assistant for 15 years in the Bathurst and St. John areas. She was a member of the Atholville Golden Age Club and a participant of the Atholville Seniors Bowling League. She competed in numerous card parties put on by the Golden Age Club and enjoyed playing “casually” in the kitchens of friends and family.

She is survived by her daughters Carmen Murray (Kevin) of Tide Head, And Colette Sypher (Lawrence) of Memramcook. She is also survived by sisters Celina Robichaud and Margaritte Brideau, as well as two grandchildren, Melissa and Matthew and three great-grandchildren; Kyle, Allison and Wyatt.

Funeral service will be held at Maher’s Funeral Chapel, 64 Lansdowne St., Campbellton on Monday October 17th at 11 am.

There will be visitation at Maher’s funeral home, 33 Lansdowne St., Campbellton, on Sunday, October 16th from 7 - 9 pm and on Monday October the 17th from 10 to 11 am at the Chapel.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Medical and Palliative departments of the Campbellton Regional Hospital for their kind and compassionate care.
