Francis "Margie" Martin-Bulmer

Passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on May 9th, 2017 at the age of 84, Mrs. Francis “Margie” Martin-Bulmer of Listuguj, QC, wife of the late William Earl Bulmer. Born in Listuguj on February 27, 1933, daughter of the late Emma Condo-Martin and William P. Martin.

She is survived by her sister Dorothy Lee Martin; her children Shirley Seary (Chris), Stephen Bulmer, Brian Moon Bulmer (Tracey), and Sandra Bulmer (Harvey Barnaby); her grandchildren Cheyenne Seary, Stacy Seary, William Teskey, Justin Snider, Jeffrey, Jodie Callaghan (Jonathan), Ashley Barnaby; and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her 7 brothers, Albert Daniel Martin (Slim), Walter Martin, Matthew Martin (Mattie), John Martin (Johnny-Bone), Wallace Martin (Wally), Alfred Martin (Condo), William Patrick Martin (Billy-Boy) and her sister Bernice Anna Martin.

Those who knew Margie “Green”, would remember a strong and spirited woman who was confident and proud of her heritage. She was the thread in the family that wove everyone together. Her kitchen was the family’s hub, the go-to-place for a cup of coffee or tea, a good laugh and a lot of love. She will be missed by all; however, we all smile as we remember her in our thoughts.

A graveside burial and prayers will be held at the Listuguj graveyard adjacent to St. Anne’s Church on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 3:00 pm. There will be no funeral service nor memorial service as per her final wishes. She will be laid to rest beside her late husband.
