Passed away at his home in Atholville on December 10th, 2016 at the age of 59, James “Jimmy” Roherty of Atholville, husband of Karen (Connors) Roherty. James was born September 17th, 1957 and was the son of late Sanford Roherty and Joan Mabie.
He previously had worked for CN rail in an office administrative position.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Roherty; his daughter Shanna Roherty; his son Kyle Roherty; 4 brothers, Carl Roherty, Danny Roherty, Wayne Roherty and Kelly Roherty; 4 sisters, Colleen Howe, Ann Thompson, Tammy Paul and Sandra Roherty; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Thursday at 11:00 am.
Visitation at Maher’s Funeral Home, 33 Lansdowne St., Campbellton, Wednesday from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Thursday from 10:00 am until time of funeral.
