Jeff was born on September 4, 1976 in Campbellton, NB to Francoise (Legouffe) Gedeon and the late Clayton Gedeon.
He was raised and attended school in Pointe-à-la-Croix (École Père Pacifique) and in Matapedia (École les Deux Rivières)
Besides his mother Francoise, he is survived by his sisters Peggy (Moncton, NB), Tracy (Moncton, NB) and Laurie (Ottawa, ON). He is also survived by his half brothers Dennis (Catherine) of Campbellton, John (aka Indian John) of Gesgapegiag, QC and David of Grandby, QC also his half sister Sheila of Quebec and many nieces and nephews. Besides his father Clayton he was predeceased by his half brother Leroy and his half sister Prescilla.
A funeral service for Jeff will be held on July 9 at 2:00 pm NB time at Maher’s Funeral Chapel, 64 Lansdowne St., Campbellton .
Visitations will be held at Maher’s Funeral Home, 33 Lansdowne St., Campbellton on Monday July 8 from 7:00 to 9:00 NB time and on Tuesday July 9 , at the Chapel from 1:00 pm NB time until time of the funeal.
For those who wish, a donation in Jeff’s memory can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Restigouche county SPCA.
Jeff is loved by many and will be missed.
