Joyce was born on July 8, 1928 in Assetmequaghan, QC to the late Westley Irving and the late Edna Martell.
With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Joyce Lewis Young, a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and dedicated community member, at the remarkable age of 95.
Joyce is survived by her loving children, Cheryl and Derrick; cherished grandchildren, Kayla Madore, James Madore, and Zackery Williamson; and great-grandson, Kason Madore.
Throughout her life, Joyce was an active member of the Flatlands Women's Institute and attended the First Baptist Church. She was also a proud member of the Rising Sun L.O.B.A. and dedicated her time to various charitable events.
