Laurette (Audit) LeBlanc

Née le 31 janvier 1927, elle était la fille de feu Jean-Baptiste Audit et de feu Hilda (Thériault) Audit.

Elle laisse dans le deuil son fils Roger (Carmel), son frère Marc, les deux de Riverview, ainsi que ses nièces et neveux.

Elle repose désormais près de son époux Leo-Paul (2007) et son fils Gilles (2009), ainsi que sa sœur Annette et ses deux frères Gérald et Roland.

Laurette était infirmière enregistrée et a travaillé à l’hôpital Hôtel-Dieu de Campbellton pour plusieurs années. Durant sa retraite, elle aimait travailler dans son jardin et ses fleurs.

Sa passion était sa roulotte et elle aimait inviter ses amies pour jouer aux cartes et avoir un goûter par la suite. Elle était présidente du Club d’Age d’Or (Saint Louis Lane) pour plusieurs années et aimait organiser beaucoup d’activités.

Funérailles auront lieu en l’église Notre-Dame-des-Neiges, Campbellton, mercredi le 8 mai à 11h00.

Visites au Salon Funéraire Maher, 33 rue Lansdowne, Campbellton, mercredi de 10h00 jusqu’au départ pour les funérailles.

La famille aimerait remercier le personnel de la Résidence Oasis Dieppe et le personnel du Faubourg du Mascaret (Pavillon Richard) pour leur dévouement et compassion.

Dons à la société d’Alzheimer serait appréciés par la famille.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Laurette LeBlanc at the Faubourg du Mascaret, (Pavillon Richard) Moncton, NB at the age of 92.

Born in Jacquet River on January 31, 1927, she was the daughter of Jean-Baptiste and Hilda (Theriault) Audit.

She is survived by her son Roger (Carmel), her brother Marc Both of Riverview and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Leo-Paul (2007), her son Gilles (2009), her sister Annette, her brothers Gerald and Roland.

She worked as a Registered Nurse in Campbellton for many years. During her retirement she enjoyed working in her garden and flowers.

Her passion was spending time at her trailer and gathering her friends for a good game of cards followed by a good lunch.

She was a great organizer and served as president of the Senior’s Club (Saint-Louis Lane).

Funeral will be held at Our-Lady-of-Snow’s Church, Campbellton, Wednesday May 8th at 11:00 am

Visitations at Maher’s Funeral Home, 33 Lansdowne St., Campbellton, Wednesday from 10:00 am until time of funeral.

The family would like to thank the staff at Residence Oasis Dieppe and the staff at Faubourg du Mascaret (Pavillon Richard) for their excellent care.
