Margaret Raymond

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret Raymond, who passed away peacefully at her mother’s home in Campbellton, surrounded by her loved ones on January 12th, 2026, at the age of 58.

Margaret was born on February 16, 1967 in Campbellton to the late Wilfred Larocque and Helen Simmons.

Margaret worked as a cook at Cafe Chez Wes. She loved spending time with her family and friends and was always the life of the party. She especially enjoyed outdoor fires and kayaking down the Restigouche River. Her warm presence and joyful spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her children Ryan Raymond (Kathy Nadeau) and Mandylynn Guay (Nick Guay); grandchildren Hunter and Miyah; partner Joe Archibald; ex husband and father of her children Romain Raymond; and her 4 sisters Angella, Paula (Israel), Mona (Billy) & Tina. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at Maher's Funeral Chapel, 64 Lansdowne St., Campbellton on Tuesday, January 20, at 11:00 am. With visitation starting at 10:00 am
