Pamela will be lovingly remembered by her sister (Peggy) Margaret Scorgie, her nieces and nephew, Candace (Paul) Denis and family, Tracy (Alex) Tolentino and family, Heather (Pierre) Scorgie and family, Jennifer Bell and Christopher Bell, as well as her sister in-law Ellen Bell and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins along with some special friends. Preceded in death by parents Lois and Richard Bell and her sister Ruthie Bell and her brother Richard Bell.
The family will be announcing a celebration of life memorial to be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the heart and stroke foundation, or the mental health center.
