One of my favourite uncles - always smiling, joking or laughing.  During his visits to Montreal when I was a child, he'd always bring a souvenir of some kind from one of the stops on his trip.  He was an excellent uncle and I'm sorry he has passed on.

My most favorite Uncle Raymond. My memories of you will never be lost and your examples of kindness are passed on to my children, so they can pass it on to there's.
My greatest memories of you is when you had showed up at the house, with a newspaper bag filled with chocolate bars. In the morning you would let us watch you rifle through you doctor's bag and we would watch you shave, always hoping for the next chocolate bar, would be close by. 
I loved your smile and your laughter while you were playing cards with your brothers. Heaven is a better place now that your their, and we your nephews and nieces and family will miss you dearly.

My favourite memories of you, my uncle, of which there are many, always were when you came to visit us.

You would hide candies (mostly chocolate) under your hat and surprise me each time when you revealed them to me! Sometimes you would ask me to stand on my head or do cart wheels on the lawn before I was awarded the candy. Truly you were a real life Willy Wonka to me!

I also remember our one on one chats about Grandma, your Mother, whilst eating the candy. You shared such proud and stoic memories of her, ones that help shaped the person I am today. I hope you are with her now.

I also remember our 'double-ride' bike rides. Journeys with you at the helm, my arms tight around your belly, hanging on, giggling as butterflies flutter in my tummy from the twist, turns and bumps of our cycled path! Oh, and the accident I caused one time when my foot was caught in the spokes of the back tire! You felt so awful, blamed yourself of course. Candy to the rescue!

All my memories of you bring smiles and joy to me. You would laugh so easily. Your smile was like a sun beam, you lit up each time!

You were a sweet, gentle,kind, thoughtful, generous, proud and remarkable man.

Please say hello to Dad, Diana, Grandma, Grandpa, Uncles Leonard, Edmond and Norman from me! I can picture you all now... big smiles and laughter, happy to be reunited.

I love you so much my dear uncle. You've left me with great memories and I know death is not the end. Death can never be the end. Death is the road. Life is the traveller and the soul is the guide.

You're in our thoughts forever.
