Susan (Charlong) Pelletier

Susan was born on October 23, 1954 in Campbellton, NB to the late Earl Charlong and the late Hilda (Larsen) Charlong.

Susan was raised in Campbellton, NB, graduated from High School and worked several years as an office worker before moving to Oshawa, ON where she attended Durham College where she graduated as a Registered Nurse and then moved to the USA where she worked in Texas and Florida until retiring after 25 years of service. In 2025 she returned home to live before being taken from her family soon after.

She is survived by her children Heidi Poitras of Barrie, ON, Melanie Poitras of Toronto, ON, and ten grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Ronald Charlong (Marjorie), Alana Gaudet (Ben), Donna Lepage (Dorique), all of Campbellton, She was also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Many who provided help & comfort to her during their many visits with her during her stay in the hospital. She is also survived by one Uncle, Currie and one aunt Gabriel.

A Funeral Mass for Susan will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Campbellton on Monday, March 09 at 11:00 am.

The family would like to thank the Doctors, Nursing Staff of the 4th Floor, ICU of Campbellton Regional Hospital.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
