Billy was born on May 7, 1950 in Campbellton, NB to the late William Francis Fraser and the late Merna Elizabeth Beckingham.
He is survived by his children Natalie Fraser and Nicki Fraser of Calgary, Alberta, his sisters Rae (Doug) Adair of McLeods and Susan (Ron)Shafer of Ottawa. He is also survived by nieces Katherine and Allegra and nephews Alex and Ayrn.
Respecting the family’s wishes, there will be no funeral service or visitations at the funeral home.
