Wilma Jean (Sadosky) Shaffer

Wilma was born June 28, 1936 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania to the late Stephen and Pauline (Masar) Shuhayda. She was a lifelong member of St. Paul Catholic Church, North Canton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Sadosky; and her son, David Sadosky. She is survived by her husband, Harold "Bud" Shaffer; daughters, Kathleen (Karl) Theis, and Diane (Charles) Shininger; grandchildren, Lauren (Jeffrey) Kacsandi, Sharon (Phil) Van Treuren, Matthew (Katie) Theis, Ashley (Ryan) Skibicki, Johnathan (Hannah) Shininger, Margo (Bennett) Norley, Bekah Shininger, and David Shininger; and great-grandchildren, Levi and Jillian Harbeck, Sophia, Stella, William, and Emma Van Treuren, and Hadley, Paxton, and Titus Skibicki.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home, 5000 Everhard Rd. NW, Canton. Interment will follow at North Canton Cemetery. Friends may call from 12:00-2:00 pm, on Friday, two hours before services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Aultman Compassionate Care Center, 2821 Woodlawn Ave. NW, Canton, OH 44708.
