Eula Ray Jorgensen, age 98, of Fort Cape Coral, Florida passed away peacefully at her home located at the Palmview Community at Gulf Coast Village on Friday, January 9, 2026. She was born in Mount Vernon, New York on December 2, 1927 and was a long-serving public servant for the local government of Cape Coral, Florida culminating with her appointment as City Clerk.
Immediate funeral services are private. Mrs. Jorgensen was preceded in death by her husband, Anton R. Jorgensen, who passed away in 1995. She will be laid to rest alongside him at a ceremony in the Reflection Pond Garden at Coral Ridge Cemetery on an undisclosed date.
