Barbara Louise Blackburn passed away on April 2, 2016 at the age of 71 years old. She was born on January 22, 1945 in Lynchburg, Virginia to Irvin and Mildred Sowell.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 2: 00 p.m. at the Metrocrest Funeral Home Chapel.
She is survived by her daughter Barbara M. Blackburn and by her life partner Kathleen Phairis. and by many other family and friends.
