Born in Dallas, Texas, Brian was the son of Carroll Suzanne Saxon (Hurst) and Michael Saxon. He attended R.L. Turner High School.
Brian was preceded in death by his mother, Carroll Suzanne Saxon, and his maternal grandparents, Florence Anita Hurst and James William Hurst
He is survived by his wife, April Taylor Saxon, whom he married on May 23, 2007. Brian was a devoted father to Brian David Saxon, Jr., River Kavy Saxon, Lynnea Suzanne Saxon, and Austin Taylor Saxon. He welcomed his first grandchild, Niyelli Suzanne Martinez, on February 19, 2025. Brian is also survived by his brother, Daniel Michael Saxon, wife Angee Saxon and their children and grandchildren.
