It is with great sadness and grief that we announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather, and friend Christopher Peter Haas. He was born on May 25, 1938 in London, England and lived in the Dallas, Texas metroplex for most of the past 50 years. Christopher passed away peacefully on January 25, 2019 just 3 months after lying to rest his beloved wife of 51 years, Lucille Haas. He is also preceded in death by his parents Paul and Italia Haas, his aunts Roma and Joan, and his uncles Freddy and Victor. He is survived by his sons Peter and Edward, daughters-in-law Angie and Donna, grandson Neil, granddaughters Kate, Hannah, and Vanessa, and cousins Pepina and Michelle. Christopher enjoyed golf, supporting Fulham Football Club, gardening, traveling with Lucille, visiting his grandchildren, tinkering around the house, and solving all the puzzles on Jeopardy before anyone else.
There will be a memorial service for Christopher on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at 2:30PM at Church at the Fields, 1401 Carrollton Pkwy, Carrollton TX 75010. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Vitas Community Connection. http://vitascommunityconnection.org/community-connection/donate
