Marcelle Barsoum Naim

After a lifetime of dedication to her family and service to the Dallas/Fort Worth Coptic Orthodox Church community, Marcelle entered peacefully into the presence of the Lord on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at the age of 85.

Marcelle was the beloved wife of Edward Joesph Naim and mother to Therese (Hazem) Naguib, Mona (Samy) Sedrak, George (Katherine) Naim, and loved like a son - Sami (Mariam) Hage.

She was a loving Teta (Grandmother) to David and Stephanie Naguib, Laura (Mina) Sedrak Doss, Samantha (Greg) Sedrak Hoszowski, Gabriella and Joesph Naim, and Rachel and Luke Hage. With great joy, she was also a beloved great-grandmother to Juliette and Noah Doss and Jacob and Andrew Hoszowski.

Born in Shobra, Egypt to her loving parents Barsoum Hanna and Mariam Gobriel, she was adored by her siblings Albeir, Naguib, Fayek, Madeline, Badre, Gamal, and Marguerite.

She will always be lovingly remembered by the many friends and extended family in the United States and Egypt.
