Nancy Ng Chow

Nancy was born in Taishan, Guandong, China, on February 2, 1934 to Ng Ten Bow and Tew Long Wong. Nancy was married to Woodrow Chow on July 30, 1955 and were married for 41 years.

Nancy came to the United States after her marriage. She and Woodrow settled in Greenville, Mississippi where they raised their four daughters. She became a naturalized citizen on 2/6/1970. Upon Woodrow's death, Nancy relocated to Plano, Texas where she lived with her daughter, Helen's family until her death. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, gardening, cooking, and most of all spending time with her family.

Nancy is preceded in death by her husband Woodrow, her parents, 4 brothers, and 2 sisters.

Nancy is survived by her daughters, Lillian Jong (Leland), Helen Reas (John), Wanda Beard (Matt), and Melanie Quon (Malcolm); grandchildren Ashton Lee (Jonah), Jordan Jong (Lien), Erin Reas, Emily Reas (Julia Ptasznik), Courtney Beard, Conner Beard, Mallery Yen (Josh), Joe Quon; great grandchildren Lily and Bennett Lee, Theodore Jong, and Caleb, Norah, George, and Peter Yen; sister Anna Luke, brothers Jack Ng and Luke Bow.

A private services for Nancy are scheduled for July 11, 2025 at 12:00pm.
