

Born November 16, 1952 in Dallas, TX and passed peacefully on December 19, 2014. Rick was a lifelong salesman in the circuit board business, he loved meeting and talking to people and truly enjoyed the company of those around him. He had a knack for making people smile and laugh while telling stories and “lies.” He had a passion for music, sports, gardening, nature and wildlife, as well as a love-hate relationship with the game of golf. He had a big heart and loved to help others. He loved his family and friends with every ounce of his being. Three of his favorite things in life were his truck, a good plate of Mexican food and a cold margarita. When he passed, he did so with a full heart and the love of his family and friends. Rick touched the lives of everyone around him and will be dearly missed and never forgotten. Survived by three children and one grandchild: Julie Bracken of Aubrey, TX, Michael O’Donnell of Portage, IN, Rachel Bracken of Austin, TX and grandson Noah O’Donnell of Hobart, IN. Survived by brother Steve Stinnett of Carrollton, TX, niece Suzanne Flatley of Irving, TX as well as many nieces and nephews, family members and special friends: Mike Coffey, Doug Helton, James Ross and Alicia Hamby. Preceded in death by his parents Bill Bracken and Freda Crotsenberg and cherished step-mother Carolyn Bracken. Sisters Melody Murphey, Kimberly Claster, brother Sam Ferguson.
