Vickie Lynn Smith, age 69, of Carrollton, Texas passed away on Friday, August 13, 2021. Vickie was born May 1, 1952 in Dallas, Texas to Walter Bryce and Katy Faye (Jones) Patrick. Vickie worked most of her life in Childhood Development and loved working with children. Survivors include siblings; Pam Rainey, Kevin Patrick, and Patricia Limarino.
