

William Hackney Jr, known by most people as Bill was born April 22, 1952 in Ft Worth, Texas. He is Survived by sister Karen And husband Walter Yearout, brother Kyle and his wife Carla Hackney children Leslie and son Steven Hackney , son Brian and his wife Amy Hackney, and loved ones Iantha Borzilleri and her son John Borzilleri and family. He is also Survived by his pets Kodie, Izzy, and Abbey.
Bill attended elementary through high school in Ft Worth. He loved playing football, baseball and really loved racing go carts as a young child. He was on a youth baseball team that won the National Baseball Series. University of Texas in Austin gave him a full scholarship to play football and just so happens they won two National Championship titles. The team even got to meet President Nixon. Bill graduated with a Civil Engineering Degree and later designed buildings in the Dallas area and bridges at DFW airport. During that time his son Brian Hackney was born. Later, Bill became an entrepreneur and owned his own company called Lone Star Disposal.
Bill met Iantha Borzilleri in May of 2001. They were neighbors across the street, both divorced and they started a new life together. That same weekend he was called in for a kidney pancreas transplant. It was a success and lasted 14 wonderful years.
