Consepcion Serapio Nava, 91, of Casa Grande died on Oct. 13, 2014, at home.Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. Rosary will be recited at 7:30. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church by the Rev. George Kunnel. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.Mr. Nava was born on Nov. 14, 1922, in Corpus Christi, Texas, and was a son of Juvencio Nava and Manuela Guzman. He worked in maintenance at Hughes Aircraft Company and was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church and Casa Grande Jaycees. He enjoyed working on cars and was a caring, generous man who enjoyed helping others.Survivors include his wife, Lola; a daughter, Dora Diaz of Casa Grande; six brothers, Gilbert Nava of Tiffin, Ohio, Steven, Anastacio and Rick Nava, all of Casa Grande, Juvencio Nava Jr. of California and Paul Nava of Palmdale, California; 12 sisters, Maria I. Cardenas and Modesta Nava of Palmdale, Angelita Rivera of Phoenix, Josie Gomez, Genny Harvill, Flora Nava, Nellie Nava, Yolanda Olvera, Judy Nava and Delia Nava, all of Casa Grande, Janie Mendevil of Eloy and Sylvia Woodward of Scottsdale; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Chon Nava; three brothers, Julian, Gabriel and Felix Nava; and a sister, Anna Teresita Nava.
