BAPCHULE - Cynthia Juanita Nelson, 42, died on April 11, 2015, at home.Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday at Upper Santan Presbyterian Church. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 7 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter Catholic Church. Burial will be in Snaketown Cemetery.Mrs. Nelson was born on March 21, 1973, in Sacaton. She was a homemaker, took care of everyone and loved to sing, dance and go sightseeing. She also loved animals and was a Raiders fan who enjoyed Gila River cultural traditions. She loved her family and spending time with her dad.Survivors include her husband of 15 years, Stanley Nelson Jr.; a son, Ranon Nelson of Bapchule; her father, Elmer Jose of Blackwater; and two sisters, Estelle and Doren Jose of Bapchule.
